One-way email newsletter delivery system
We are happy to offer a one-way email announcement delivery system incorporating a web-based interface. You can write and send messages to your members, customers and associates and manage the list over the internet
Q1 will create a great-looking template for your email messages. You will add your message by the web interface and send it to your list. The HTML Editor allows you to edit html messages using an user-friendly editor. A text version of an HTML message will automatically be created to send to members who don't accept HTML. Or, you can create it manually.
Once you initiate the email, the list server continues to send messages until they are distributed -- every subscriber gets the email message, and no subscribers receive two copies – even if they're subscribed to more than one list. You can optionally use the Scheduled Sending feature to decide when the message is to be sent.
In addition to adding subscribers to the list by typing into the web interface, you can import subscribers by uploading a CSV or tab delimited file. You can also export your subscriber list for use in another database. The list's database has a 'foreign key' to help keep multiple copies of databases synchronized without duplicating users.
Subscriber Attributes like name, country, and other personal information, are completely customizable – you can add any number of attributes when creating the subscriber database. Then, you can include any attribute in the message content to make each email message personalized with the subscribers name, country, or other attribute.
Attachments can be uploaded and included in messages for download. PDF messages can be automatically created and sent as attachments to ensure that your message is seen the way it was designed by all your subscribers, regardless of their email message reader.
Your subscribers will be able to join using a web page, if you want an open list. Or, if your list is private, you control who becomes a member.
Subscribers can be given the choice between text or HTMLemail messages. You decide whether subscribers can choose, what the default choice is, and what format a message is sent in: text only, HTML-only, or both!
You can the list server the URL of a web page you want to send to your users, and our system will fetch it and send it. You can even put subscriber-specific parameters in the URL.
A message can be repeated automatically to send updated dynamic content and attachments.
BENIGN EMAIL COMPLIANCE
With the proliferation of spam, many large email portals (like Hotmail) are scrutinizing every email message for tell-tail signs of spam. In order to keep your email message from being falsely trapped and deleted, Q1 has built our system scrupulously to avoid any characteristic that would trigger false positives.
Every email message contains personalized URLs for subscribers to update their preferences or unsubscribe. If you wish, subscribers can update their own information and keep your database up to date. Subscribers can even change their email address.
Bounce Processing keeps your database clean of unused and non-existent email addresses.
